Atlassian has previously this month announced their acquisition of Mindville and their product Insight. Mindville’s asset tracking and configuration management are a great match with Jira Service Desk customers and IT teams, indeed. The Insight product provides enterprises with full visibility into their assets and services and therefore delivers great experiences for both customers and employees which are critical factors for successful IT Service Management (ITSM).
