JIRA Service Desk Tour 2015 has started!
Our JIRA Service Desk Tour 2015 has started. The first stop was in Stockholm last Monday, a fully booked event with 70 registered attendees.
We had a great agenda for the evening, starting with a presentation of how JIRA Service Desk can be used by all teams in your organisation.
Sana Safai ran a presentation on how Spotify has replaced the cumbersome email communication with JIRA Service Desk which dramatically increased efficiency in their organisation.
We had a great buffet and some beers of course.
We then moved on to a session where we talked about how Riada has extended JIRA Service Desk to act as an automated webshop at one of our customers. We took the opportunity to show how JIRA Service Desk can be enriched with an enterprise asset management system built into JIRA by using our own Insight add-on.
The first tour stop was a success and we are looking forward to the next stops in Göteborg, Malmö, Linköping, Sundsvall and Umeå.
